We reserve the right to cancel or remove job advertisements that:
- Breach our Terms and Conditions
- Contain misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Violate South African labour or employment laws
- In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the nature of the breach and whether the service had already commenced.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a written request within 7 days of payment
- Provide proof of payment and a clear reason for the request
