Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications for real-time workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, a deep understanding of performance optimization, and the ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready user interfaces.

You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, high-performance web experiences across browsers and devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications for real-time workflows
• Build user interfaces using ReactJS as the primary framework, while adapting to other JavaScript frameworks when required
• Convert designer-provided specifications into pixel-perfect, production-accurate UIs, ensuring exact layouts, spacing, typography, and interactions
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure consistent visual fidelity across browsers and devices
• Integrate real-time data using WebSockets and collaborate with backend services using gRPC
• Architect and maintain advanced state management solutions, including:
• Caching strategies
• Local and session storage usage
• Event handling and lifecycle optimization
• Implement front-end face detection and sentiment analysis on live camera streams, focusing on:
• Frame capture and processing
• Inference orchestration
• UI feedback mechanisms
• Performance optimization
• Optimize browser resource usage to ensure low-latency detection and smooth UI updates during real-time analysis
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement of front-end standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience developing real-time web applications using WebSockets
• Solid understanding of state management, caching, and performance optimization
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI implementations from design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Familiarity with browser APIs, media streams, and front-end performance tuning
• Experience collaborating with backend systems using gRPC or similar APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a work-from-office environment

Compensation

Annual CTC: ₹7,00,000 to ₹10,00,000

(depending on experience, skills, and interview performance)
