Programme Overview

The SPAR Group is inviting applications for the National Certificate: Transport Operations (NQF Level 5) learnership for the 2026/27 intake. This opportunity will be hosted at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre and is aimed at unemployed youth who wish to build a career in transport, logistics, and supply chain operations.

The learnership runs for a period of twelve (12) months, combining theoretical learning with practical workplace exposure in a dynamic distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• Currently unemployed
• Not registered for or studying towards another qualification
• Aged between 18 and 34 years
