Ivanplats (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of , is progressing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in Limpopo. The operation will utilise large-scale, mechanised underground mining methods and advanced technologies to build a modern “mine of the future.”

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Dump Truck Operator (X2).

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Grade 12 / N3 / Equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
• Valid Dump Truck Operator Certificate
• Valid EB / Code 8 Driver’s Licence
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver excellent service and work under pressure
• Proven ability to operate machinery safely and competently

Minimum Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Dump Truck Operator
• Knowledge of and compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards and regulations
• Adherence to PPE requirements
• Participation in SHE meetings and safety campaigns
• Experience conducting safe behavioural observations

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks in accordance with operating standards and site procedures
• Ensure effective utilisation of equipment
• Conduct daily inspections using prescribed checklists
• Report defects and faults promptly
• Assist with maintenance and installation activities where required
• Monitor loading and filling operations to ensure compliance with standards
• Transport material safely to designated tipping areas
• Adhere strictly to tipping procedures and site protocols
• Minimise machine damage through sound operating practices
• Refuel and clean equipment at the end of each shift
• Ensure full compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA)
