This is a serious operations role. In South Africa’s transport industry, weak driver management is often where compliance failures start. Companies that invest in strong Driver Managers usually reduce accidents, fuel losses, and downtime dramatically. This position is clearly aimed at tightening operational discipline and RTMS compliance.
