Job Overview
Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver Logistics to support its supply chain operations. The role focuses on the safe and efficient transfer of full products and empty bottles between depots, ensuring smooth distribution across the network.
This position is ideal for a Code 14 driver with FMCG logistics experience, particularly in depot-to-depot transport.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid Code 14 (EC) driver’s licence with PDP
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience driving double axle trucks
Key Responsibilities
Transport & Distribution
- Transport full products and empty bottles between distribution centres
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Maintain efficient route planning between depots
Vehicle Management
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Ensure the truck is roadworthy at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle
Loading & Handling
- Assist with loading and offloading where required
- Ensure safe handling of products to avoid damages
Administration & Compliance
- Complete all required delivery and transport documentation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Follow SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) standards
