Job Overview

PepsiCo South Africa is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join its Sales team in Olifantsfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering products safely and on time, managing route administration, handling customer payments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

This position is ideal for a professional Code 10 driver with a valid PDP who enjoys working with customers and delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and on schedule.
• Manage cash and payments received on delivery routes according to company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service during every delivery.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and market gaps while servicing customers.
• Complete daily route administration and reconcile driver's books accurately.
• Take full responsibility for the allocated delivery route.
• Minimise stock and cash shortages.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure efficient customer service.
• Maintain accurate crate control and return management.
• Follow company policies, road safety regulations, and operational procedures at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or N3 qualification.
• Valid Code 10 (C1) driver's licence.
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• Good understanding of delivery operations and customer service.
• Ability to handle cash responsibly and complete route reconciliations.
